Structured, Mandate-Driven Execution Across Global Physical Commodity Markets
KS Capital Partners provides disciplined, mandate-driven trade execution services across global physical commodity markets. Our execution model is designed to deliver certainty, control, and transparency throughout the full trade lifecycle, from mandate origination to settlement and close.
We operate exclusively on a physical, non-speculative basis, executing transactions for institutional and professional counterparties only.

Mandate-Driven Execution Model
All execution activity at KS Capital Partners begins with a formal mandate. We do not act opportunistically or transact without defined commercial parameters.
Counterparty Origination & Market Access
Once a mandate is defined, we originate and engage suitable counterparties through our established global network.
This includes:
- Identification of qualified buyers or sellers
- Verification of counterparty capability and credibility
- Alignment with regulatory, sanctions, and compliance requirements
- Controlled market engagement to preserve discretion
We prioritise counterparties capable of performing at an institutional level and executing within agreed commercial and regulatory frameworks.
Moving with intention. .....Always!
Pricing & Commercial Negotiation
Pricing is negotiated in alignment with prevailing market conditions, logistics considerations, timing, and risk allocation. Where applicable, pricing is referenced against recognised international benchmarks and structured to reflect physical delivery realities.
Our role includes:
- Market-aligned price discovery
- Commercial negotiation on behalf of mandate principals
- Structuring of pricing mechanisms appropriate to the product and duration
- Coordination between counterparties to reach executable terms
We do not publish prices or operate as a quoting platform.
Contractual Structuring & Documentation
Once commercial terms are agreed, contracts are structured to accurately reflect the mandate, execution requirements, and regulatory obligations.
This includes:
- Coordination of contractual terms and conditions
- Alignment of delivery, payment, and performance obligations
- Review of required certifications and documentation
- Ensuring contractual compliance with applicable trade regulations
Contractual structuring is approached with a focus on clarity, enforceability, and execution certainty.
Logistics Coordination & Delivery Oversight
For physical transactions, logistics coordination is a critical component of execution. KS Capital Partners works with established logistics providers to support secure and timely delivery.
Execution oversight may include:
- Coordination of shipping or transport arrangements
- Insurance and risk transfer alignment
- Customs clearance and documentation management
- Monitoring of delivery milestones and performance
Logistics are structured in accordance with agreed delivery terms and contractual obligations.

No Fluff. ....Just straight business...
Settlement & Transaction Close
Settlement structures are defined contractually and aligned with accepted international commercial practices. KS Capital Partners supports counterparties through settlement and transaction close to ensure obligations are met.
Execution is considered complete only once contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
This includes:
- Coordination of agreed payment mechanisms
- Confirmation of delivery and completion milestones
- Support through final settlement and close-out
- Resolution of execution-related issues where required
Risk Management & Execution Control
Throughout the execution process, mandates are managed with a focus on risk awareness and control.
This includes:
- Adherence to defined mandate parameters
- Compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
- Controlled information flow and confidentiality
- Ongoing oversight across execution stages
We do not assume principal price risk or engage in speculative activity.
Who We Execute For
KS Capital Partners executes mandates exclusively for professional and institutional counterparties, including:
- Manufacturers and processors
- Producers and exporters
- Distributors and trading houses
- Infrastructure, energy, and industrial groups
- Governmental and strategic procurement entities
Retail participation and small-volume transactions are not supported.
Establishing a Mandate
Each mandate establishes:
- Product and specification requirements
- Commercial volumes and delivery structures
- Target markets and counterparties
- Pricing frameworks and benchmarks
- Regulatory, compliance, and documentation requirements
This mandate-driven approach ensures alignment, accountability, and execution discipline from the outset.

Settlement & Payment Protections
KS Capital Partners structures trades using secure, recognised settlement mechanisms. We do not receive, hold, or control client funds.
Depending on the transaction, settlement protections may include:
- Documentary Letters of Credit (LCs) issued by recognised banks
- Independent escrow arrangements
- Bank-to-bank settlement through regulated financial institutions
Non-standard payment methods, third-party payment instructions, or opaque settlement structures are not accepted.
Inspection, Logistics & Title Controls
To ensure the physical reality of goods, transactions may include independent verification and controlled logistics processes, such as:
- Third-party inspection by recognised inspection companies
- Verification of shipping and title documents
- Defined points of title and risk transfer
- Controlled logistics and delivery coordination
These measures mitigate the risk of non-existent cargo, misrepresentation, or delivery disputes.
Insurance & Transit Risk
Where applicable, cargo and transit risks are addressed through appropriate insurance arrangements arranged by the relevant party.
Insurance typically covers:
- Physical loss or damage
- Transit and storage risk
Insurance does not cover intentional fraud or counterparty misconduct, which is mitigated through due diligence, contractual controls, and settlement structures.
Standard Trade Flow & Protection Framework
Below is the standard execution flow used to structure protected physical commodity transactions:
- Mandate Definition
Buyer or seller submits a formal mandate outlining product, specifications, volumes, delivery terms, and commercial requirements.
Protection: Clear scope prevents ambiguity and misrepresentation.
- Counterparty Origination & Verification
Suitable counterparties are identified and assessed for capability, authority, and compliance.
Protection: Filters out high-risk or non-credible parties.
- Commercial Negotiation
Pricing, delivery terms, settlement method, and risk allocation are negotiated in line with market conditions.
Protection: Market-aligned terms reduce execution and pricing risk.
- Contractual Structuring
Formal agreements are executed, defining obligations, title transfer, risk transfer, and dispute mechanisms.
Protection: Legal clarity and enforceability.
- Settlement Security Established
Payment instruments or escrow mechanisms are put in place prior to shipment or release of goods.
Protection: Buyer funds and seller performance are safeguarded.
- Inspection & Logistics Execution
Independent inspection, shipping, and delivery are coordinated in accordance with contractual terms.
Protection: Verification of goods and controlled delivery.
- Settlement & Transaction Close
Payment and title transfer occur in line with contractual and banking requirements.
Protection: Secure completion for both parties.
Scope & Limitations
KS Capital Partners acts as a broker and facilitator, not as a principal, guarantor, or custodian. We do not:
- Guarantee performance of counterparties
- Insure against fraud
- Take ownership of goods
- Hold client funds
Our role is to structure transactions using recognised industry protections that materially reduce risk for all parties.
Engaging with KS Capital Partners
Counterparties seeking to engage should be prepared to operate within a structured, transparent, and professional execution framework. Protection mechanisms are determined by mandate requirements, commodity type, jurisdiction, and counterparty profile.
All enquiries are assessed individually and treated with strict confidentiality.
